My favorite shortcut for Pinterest growth

Hey Reader,

Earlier this week, we talked about how Pinterest’s new AI settings are putting control back into users’ hands — finally letting real creators shine again.

But here’s the truth: AI isn’t going anywhere.
The key isn’t to resist it — it’s to learn how to make it work for you.

That’s why I built The Pin Bot.

It’s the exact AI assistant I use daily to manage, optimize, and scale my Pinterest marketing — without wasting time or losing my creative edge.

Here’s what that actually looks like inside my workflow:

1️⃣ Write Pinterest friendly copy in minutes.
I feed The Pin Bot my keywords and have it write optimized Pin titles, descriptions, or board copy so every piece of content stays consistent and on-brand.

2️⃣ Spot untapped opportunities.
I’ll screenshot my Pinterest boards, drop in my content titles + keywords, and ask The Pin Bot if I’m missing any board opportunities. (It usually finds at least one.)

3️⃣ Create engagement-boosting Pins.
It helps me design infographic-style Pins from existing content to drive more saves and tell the algorithm, “Hey — people love this show them more of my content.”

4️⃣ Audit my Pinterest data.
I upload my analytics, and The Pin Bot helps me interpret what’s working, what’s slowing down, and what to adjust next.

5️⃣ Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts.
It turns blog content or videos into short captions for Threads, IG, LinkedIn, Facebook and even emails.

6️⃣ Brainstorm new angles.
I ask it how I could turn one blog post into five different Pins with new hooks, keywords, or visuals.

7️⃣ Analyze what’s working for others.
I screenshot top-performing Pins and ask The Pin Bot to analyze why they perform so well.

8️⃣ Generate keyword clusters from scratch.
I upload my keyword lists, and it organizes them into clusters that actually match my content themes.

9️⃣ Diagnose performance dips.
When saves or clicks drop, The Pin Bot helps me dig into the data to find why and what to test next.

🔟 Think like my audience again.
I ask how someone in my audience might be searching for my topic or product. The insights always help me get out of my own head and write more naturally.

AI can’t replace your creative intuition but it can support it, streamline it, and amplify it.

That’s exactly what The Pin Bot was built for.

If you’re ready to:
✅ Save hours planning content
✅ Find keyword and board opportunities faster
✅ Write better, optimized copy in less time
✅ And finally let Pinterest’s algorithm work with you, not against you —

👉 Meet The Pin Bot and start using AI to streamline your Pinterest strategy today.

Cheers,

Heather

P.S.
I built The Pin Bot to help creators and businesses to speed up their Pinterest marketing strategy and to help you think outside of the box.

Because when creators are stuck in their heads, they don't make progress like they want to.

And that’s exactly what Pinterest and your audience needs right now. They need you out of your box giving them what they are seeking to fix their own problems.

Hello Reader, Let’s be honest — Pinterest SEO can feel like guesswork sometimes. You do your keyword research, find 50 ideas, and then… freeze.Which ones actually matter?Which ones will help your content show up when your audience searches for it?And which ones are just vanity keywords everyone else is chasing? Here’s the truth: Pinterest doesn’t reward you for using more keywords. It rewards you for using them smarter. And that comes down to how you organize them. Most creators scatter their...

Most of the time they're the ugly duds you thought wouldn't do well anyways. They’re personal. They make people feel something... curiosity, nostalgia,...
