Hey Reader, I've been a little MIA save for a few emails I have sent inviting you to things I am participating in. To be honest, this move to the Netherlands has really taken a toll on my mental health not to mention my circadian rhythm. So I have been publishing videos and working BTS on client projects but I haven't told you much about what I have been doing mainly because I knew you wouldn't miss me in your inbox. That's just the honest truth... So here I am I know some experts say to not acknowledge when you all but ghost your audience but in my case I like to at least give the elephant in the room space to open up. If this is your first newsletter from me I'm sorry but I do have a tendency to tuck and run from time to time. I have a belief that when you're struggling mentally, emotionally, physically, etc. you should shed things that are heavy. Thinking about what emails to send to you have always, always been a struggle for me. Here's what I have been working on lately.
